One day your life may cease to exist!

One day your life may cease to exist as we know it.

Your life may change someones life in an instant or "vise versa". Do all your friends and family know you love them? Are you hurt or angry with a family member or friend? I was thinking, I could die today, tomorrow, next week or next year. I wondered if I had any wounds needing to be healed. Maybe those three "MEANINGFUL" words need to be said. "I FORGIVE YOU" or "I LOVE YOU." Just in case GOD takes you home sooner than later ....... Live today to the fullest because tomorrow is not promised. Do not hold grudges for such is a poison to your soul and spirit..Life may hold challenges beyond your abilities to handle but God is waiting with open arms to carry those burdens for you...just believe.

Many of us have experienced a death in the family or the death of a friend or neighbor. Some deaths come slow, some are unexpected but that is something we may face. Some people need to forgive themselves. I am not without fault or blame, I too have been guilty of causing some pain or hurt.

My life has not been easy and I am learning to forgive more and strive to forget the hurt and pain I have experienced from life or someone.

I did not realize the words I spoke to my brother would be the last. He was killed in a car accident in 1979, I was only 15 years old. I was never going to see or speak to my brother again, everything changed. Was I kind or rude.....Did I tell him I love you? My brother "Freddy" was to die at this time. Nothing I could do or say would change that fact, it was too late.

So remember today is the first day of the rest of your life. Attitude is everything. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. Live simple, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly.......Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain. Tomorrow may never come....

I hope that this touches your heart and maybe helps you in some way. Sometimes I have to remind myself how much I have and how thankful I am. Colorado baby cares........God Bless You....

... you are so right CB.
Many people think that they
are here on earth to stay
forever.The truth is that we
all are dying and we don't
have but one day to live.
That day to live is Today!
We can plan for tomorrow,but
we must learn to enjoy Today!
We 've got to learn to not
let things keep us from being
happy Today!We've got to learn
to forgive others and ourselves
Today! We have got to start caring
and sharing Today!
So,since tomorrow is not promised
and yesterday is but a dream. Why
not live Today to the fullest!

Hi, CBaby.

Excellent reminders. That's why Psalm 90, the prayer of Moses, resonates so much with me.

"Teach us to number our days...". In fact, this is so much more important, with eternal consequences, if set in the context of loving and surrendering our lives (or not) to Jesus Christ

Thanks again, and God bless you!

Garry & Mel,
Thank you so much for your valued comments.
Yesterday is history, we cannot change that, today is here and now, tomorrow? Who knows?
We can forgive others and ourselves, and let others know that we do love them before the day comes whan we can no longer say those words.
God Bless and have a wonderful day,
